Alternative Pathways Committee Files Curricular Report; Court Orders Comment Period for Curricular Pathway Proposal

On March 12, 2024, the Minnesota Supreme Court issued an order creating the Minnesota Supreme Court Alternative Pathways Implementation Committee.  The Committee was directed to file its report with recommendations for amendments related to implementation of an alternative curricular-based pathway for assessment on or before July 1, 2026.  On July 27, the Court issued an Order establishing a public comment period. Comments are due to the Clerk of Courts on or before October 9. Additional information can be found in the link below.
